Coaching in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy

Steve Flowers MFT has conducted many workshops on mindfulness-based psychotherapy and is available for case consultation in a variety of contexts:

  1. Mindfulness interventions for specific therapeutic needs. Interventions fit into two basic categories: mindfulness oriented/cognitive behavioral or mindfulness-based interventions, which involve teaching mindfulness meditation and/or mindful movement practices to clients.
  2. Formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices for opening into the present moment, and practical applications of mindfulness for use with specific psychotherapy clients.
  3. Cultivating mindfulness in the therapeutic relationship: Therapist mindfulness, empathy, attunement and resonance.
  4. Consultation with mindfulness-based couples therapy
