All of us encounter difficulties in the practice of meditation that we need help with - what to do with sleepiness, agitation, restlessness, and wondering mind to name just a few. Fortunately mindfulness meditation draws from a tradition that is 2,600 years old that can guide us and help us cultivate skills that can help with hindrances to practice.
